5'8'' Mason and Hamlin Model A

Someday we'll find the right piano...
I just saw a 5'8" M&H, made in 1965, so we are still dealing with the 60's problem. What types of problems did the pianos have, in the 60's?
Any idea of what this piano, in great shape, should sell for?

The main issue with the masons from that period was that the action work was not wonderful. However, with some substantial attention from the right technician these pianos can be great instruments.
Actually, at the age they are now, maybe a new action might be a better solution.
