Addinsel Warsaw concerto (not the easy lilac-like version!)?

Ps Im a member of piano file but Im confused - it says you can't dowload music because its illegal but you can email people and build up your sheets.  How does this work - do you get to download anything?

You don't actually download anything, you simply search and send an e mail to whoever has the score you want. Generally people are very good.
