One can only help you if you formulate your questions precisely. What do you mean by "performance style", and what do you mean by "stuff like that?"

Fingering is dictated by the technical demands of the passgage, your own technical skills, and your personal anatomy. It should be designed to give the sound that you want while not hurting yourself. That's highly personal, so you need to work with an experienced teacher on this individually.

Regarding exercises (Czerny, Hanon, Brahms, Dohnany, etc.), if you feel they could help you, go ahead, but the proper motions to carry them out must be worked out in advance. These exercises don't teach you the motions, they only reinforce and ingrain whatever motions you decide to apply. This means any wrong motion practiced thousands of time will give you problems in the long run. Consult your teacher. Also, consider advanced "exercises" that combine both technical training and musical aspects, such as anything basic by Bach and Scarlatti. The latter also builds repertoire, but it's a personal choice. Do both if you want to.

Finally, use the search function and read through the myriads of threads that deal with the aspects your are interested in.
