Petrof IV Date of Manufacture?

I have been looking for a web site that I can use to check the manufacture date for a Petrof IV.  Does anybody know of such a site?
I have a serial number and a Opus number, and an approx manufacture date (2000 - 2002) but I'd like to check to be sure.

I would also like to know if these years are fine for this brand and model...

Suggestions?
