Don't worry, you'll be fine.
So you've only got problems with scales, right?
The first thing you need to do is checking on the scales which appear (they should mostly be in F). Now practise this scale with the left hand, going 3 Octaves up and 3 Octaves down - do it slowly, use the right fingerings. Now use different rhythms, like 4th to 8th notes;in the end you should be able to play one 4th and eight 16th notes following - by that time you should be comfortable with those scales.
Practising using rhythms is always helpful when playing bach - you learn avoiding unnecessary accents and get comfortable with the fingerings.
