Schumann - Opp 92 and 134 for piano/orchestra - need info
on: May 03, 2005, 01:22:44 PM
I've been searching and searching for a piano/orchestra piece to play next semester, but I'm in med school and can't commit myself to a full concerto.
These two pieces came to my attention (played by Perahia):
Introduction and Allegro Appassionato for Piano and Orchestra, Op. 92
Introduction and Allegro Concertante for Piano and Orchestra, Op. 134
I don't know anything about them. My key questions are:
1) Are they playable by an amateur?
2) Are they complete, or is there more to them?
Thanks! -Alex
