Oh! I would love to listen to Katsaris, he has wonderful taste. Is that released on CD? which label?
Levy's is whackoish, but I love it. No one here likes Pogorelich's rendtion? its one of the most distinctive versions I have heard, his ideas are so unorthodox yet startlingly convincing.
I dont like Horowtiz's or Argerich's, its not quite my taste. Pollini's is super, and the Japanese pianist Nojima's account is also very nice.
Has anyone heard Kyoko Tabe's B minor? its massive in scope. Looking at the CD cover its amazing how such a petite and fragile looking woman could produce that sonority.
