Actually it's Russian with the Cyrllic typeset, which my browser does not support so it displays as gibberish. With a bit of phoenetic guesswork, I got a direct link to the PDF:

The first version is editted by L. I. Roizman (their anglicization), the second set doesn't mention an editor.

Edit: Roizman apparently adds fingering.

The first links posted is that of the original version, which I think has a much better first movement cadenza than the revised version i.e. the second set of links.
