Liszt Pag - Arpeggio Etude

Is the arpeggio one easy?
It seems like it maybe be easier than the Chopin 10-1
anyone played it and can let self know?

Probably isn't too bad.
However, the original Liszt version is HARD.
It was written originally.....in octaves. Imagine that.

yeah, but not at that blowing flight speed. But still, it is only basic arpegios...

Not at that blowing speed, correct, but still pretty damned fast considering they are octaves.
Imagine how fatiguing that is.

It's interesting, because the second version of the 4th Paganini etude is almost impossible to take at the marked tempo, but the revised (third) version of 1851 is one of the easiest. I'd say the very easiest, though, is the 1851 version of "La Chasse," the 5th.

I'm guessing SMA has the second version. The first version (1836, I think) of all of the Paganini etudes are, as a general rule, much longer, much more note-ier, and obviously much more difficult. I guess Liszt realized that his etudes would hardly be effective if he was the only one who could play them.
