Schubert pianos

Is anyone familiar with the current line of Schubert pianos?  I'm looking at a recent studio model (made in 1999) and am looking for any additional information I can find on their quality.  Any direction would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

From what I read from other sources, it is made in Belarus.  I haven't heard good things about them.
