hard 1-3 pagers..
on: May 11, 2005, 11:30:39 PM
Does anyone have any music fer solo piano that is very difficult but less than 3 pages?  Such as some of Chopin's preludes/etudes... name some others if you got, preferably no later than 1800's.
Interested in discussing:

-Prokofiev Toccata
-Scriabin Sonata 2

You could try opening up Bach's WTC at pretty much any page you like ;-)

Butterfly etude, Brahms first ballade. The ballade looks easy but is a pregnant dog to play well.
