Let's keep the chatroom professional please
on: May 15, 2005, 08:20:54 PM
I've been in the chatroom a few times when people (cough, cough teens!) mention inappropriate things.

To those people...
What you do is your business.  Keep it out of the pf chat room though please.  I don't care about joking around and I don't really expect a chatroom to be extremely academic, but come on, keep some of that stuff to yourself or go somewhere else.

Favorite new teacher quote -- "You found the only possible wrong answer."

Yes, it is very sad that some members do not have enough common sense to understand by themself what is proper and respectful behaivour.  >:(
It is impossible to have someone watching the chatroom 24/7 so could everyone who experience something that you find inapropriate in the chat, save the transcript (simply copy the text) and email it to webmaster@pianoforum.net.
This will be of great help and I will also have to set up some clear rules about what is acceptable in the chat.
