Seiler. My mum brought it to me when I was 13. This is my 3rd piano. It is hard to control the dynamics but useful. It makes me to play more cautiously, when I played a Steinway, I had no difficulties at all.

My family is a bunch of cheap-a*ses, I'm not poor their just like "o no u'll only have 2 feet of room to get by the piano, so I got an upright...I'm sorry to say it's Young Chang, I think steinway or something owns it, it's 'top of young chang' it's actually better than a grand that I tried, I'm completely satisfied with it, but uhhh I want a grand!!!

And even worse, I had to downgrade from a baby grand to the worst upright ever at my lessons!!! It's so crappy!! I always complain that it's so crappy, sometimes the key bounces and it'll play the note twice, like duh duh really really quickly the same note....It's weird but thee worst piano ever..

I own a Yamaha U1 upright in very good condition, very good sound.

I also have regular access (a few times a week) to a nearly brand new Steinway Model B, Hamburg model. It's not maintained very well, though; there's fingerprints everywhere and the owners always leave it uncovered for show, thus accumulating dust.

And I don't think they tune it, either, so I estimate this lovely Steinway will be nothing more than a hunk of junk in ten years, give or take.

Hmmmmmm....

I can't ACTUALLY afford a piano yet...
All I own is a Yamaha Keyboard.  I WISH I had an upright...  I don't even have enough room for a grand!    :(  Maybe with the money I make this summer I'll buy something better.  Or with the money I make over the next three summers...  ::)

I have a Weinbach (produced by Petrof) upright with "wavy" antique-looking legs (very cute ;D) and a digital Casio Privia PX300 with no legs at all.

An Eberhardt upright. They seemingly are/were based in Berlin, it's a fairly old piano, but I love it.

I am totally infatuated with large grand pianos.  As a player I am not worthy of any that I have.  As a listener I appreciate them all.  My favorite is a Mason & Hamlin CC made in 1976.  My newest is an early eighties 7' Kimball Viennese edition that looks and sounds a great deal like a Bosendorfer 7' grand.  My fixer-upper is a potentially very nice sounding Henry F. Miller 7' semi-concert grand. My Mason & Hamlin has a new pianodisc player system that keeps a perpetual smile on my face when I am home.  Kind of like having a live-in concert pianist who will play your favorite songs on demand, in any key, loudly or softly, slow or fast.  My wife thinks that I am a little crazy, but I notice that she has a matching smile on her face too...BTW I have never thought of a Mason & Hamlin being an "other"...You have a list of great piano makers.  Just a little surprised that M&H did not make the list...

I have a Yamaha U1, dark satin walnut, and am quite happy with it.  It is way nicer to play and has a better sound than the Kohler & Campbell upright I practiced on as a kid.  I also have a beautiful electronic organ that my grandfather built.

Yamaha DGC1M4. It's a 5'3" baby grand with the Mark IV Disklavier, which comes in handy since I live in a condo building and play during all hours of the night.

I inherited a lovely Steinway O model 1917 from my grandmother.  It has been used continuously by her, my aunt, my sisters, myself, and now both of my daughters.  The instrument has always had a brilliant, clear sound.  I hope that one day I can have the case restored to the original condition before leaving it to one of my daughters.  It is an instrument that I plan many more generations enjoying!

None, now that I'm at college.  The piano in my dorm building is a disgrace (see my "Sexually Assaulted Piano" thread).

At home I have an upright though; not much but it sounds great.  No room or money for a grand.

I have a $20.00 1912 54" Henry F. Miller upright player with over 1800 rolls. I have had this piano since 1969 and have put in new Abel hammers, new dampers, and have it tuned and voiced regularly with any needed action work my tuner recommends.  It sounds pretty good for an inexpensive old timer, and friends who can play tell me it has a great action.

Some Yamaha Console.  Big 41" tall...Ever since about 5 yrs ago or so I've found its limitations, such as with the Chopin Polonaise Op 44, etc.

I'd love to replace it with a Yamaha C7, but alas, I'm going to finish my ARCT and go onto Biochemistry and Medicine.  Perhaps one day in the distant future... :'(
