Aaaah, one of my absolute favorite movies: City of Lost Children.

I'll pass on the right to post another riddle to anybody who wants it. No time at the moment  :(

City of lost children. Cool. Played the computer game, but never saw the movie.

Well, I am completely flummoxed by both.  The first looks to have come from some edgy, indy or indy wannabe film, like Napoleon Dynamite.  The second from a European piano flick.  But what?!  Me no know!  Tell, before I go nutsier.

No, no, no. The movie in question is not that serious. It's actually quite groovy. Or should I say "groovay"?

The funny thing is that I would have never expected to see a Boesie in that movie.

Heh, really "subtle" hints there, xvimbi!  ;D

The "Oh, Behave!" and "groovay" immediately made me remember the second Austin Powers from so many years ago, with Dr. Evil unveiling what became, indeed, the biggest surprise in the series: A Bosie Imperial! I always thought that was the coolest scene lol, just because I could stare at the monster...

Indeed. It's "Austin Powers - The Spy Who Shagged Me". I particularly like Mini-Me's Bosie, sitting on top of the Imperial. So now, why do I watch those movies? Only because of pianistic curiosity of course! I am not bored, weird, or anything. Noooo. ;D

;D Yes,  Austin Powers 2 was the film that really got me into piano music! :P Not to mention that Frau Farbissina could (and should) really star in opera! ("Lies! All LIIIES!") ;D

As for the other one, it looks terribly like a late-night cheap workout equipment commercial...!

Good ones you guys!   Now I need to go rent Austin Powers again - I saw it before my piano renaissance.

Ahahaha! One of my favourite movies!

Jesus: "...Liam and me, we're gonna f*** you up on Saturday!"
The Dude: "Yeah? Well.....that's just, like, you know....your, uh, *opinion*, mann"

Ok so there are better quotes from the movie but that's in honor of The Jesus...

Take Your Seat! Trifonov Plays Brahms in Berlin

To celebrate the end of the year, the star pianist performs Johannes Brahms’s monumental Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Philharmoniker and Kirill Petrenko on December 31.
