ya know i have tried hanon, but i i really hate that book mostly because of my own faul. but a week ago i was trying to bring up the speed and level of my left hand, so i was using hanon's trill exercise and it was working but then for like a one week i was practicing it like crazy till the point each day where my left hand was like dying and now this week i am banned from practicin because my doctor said that i over worked my left hand and arm. but that was my fault, although i did acheive my goal my left hand can now do everything my right hand can do and i love it but never again will i abuse my hand(s) like that.
