i admit, the question was a sort of double entendre. musicians do tend to be easy going, show emotion easily, and know what they like/don't like. just hope i don't become obsessive compulsive (like howard hughes having his staff use kleenex to open all doors, and having his chocolate cake cut exactly in squares - using a ruler to check before eating).
if you try to analyze musicians, it is nay to impossible to obtain any sort of coherent data. they are all so different and yet so similar. ok. i am probably the kind of nut that is oc to a degree. i check the oven and front door mutiple times. do not like things out of order, pick up after other people, really get mad when someone litters, am tempted to overanalyze my skin, don't run to the phone anymore - but always ask who called (once stubbed my toe running to the phone and decided it wasn't worth the pain), balance the checkbook for fun, monitor my sugar intake (not diabetic), try to drink lots of water (per piano teachers advice) i really don't know if water helps a person play piano better - but maybe there's something there - you know, with neurons etc.
