i don't know what kind of music you're into but "After all these years" by silverchair is a nice song, very easy to play not too hard to sing if you have a decent voice. I can't sing it but i have a terrible voice. Either that or you could try sone of the beatles transcription that are on
https://www.abrahamespinosa.com/partituras2.htm
they're probably a good starting point.

Danny Boy!
actually I don't much care for that song, but one of my teachers young students at the last recital played and sang this song and did an excellent job at it.

Not an easy song or an enjoyable song for most but the erlking is something that you can play and sing. It's pretty crazy, you can make wierd sounds and it's about a really weird story too.

Erlkonig is one of the most difficult songs ever written if not the most difficult. I will agree it is an awesome piece. This song is extremely difficult. I would not recommend it to a beginner. If thinking along the lines of classical literature, one of my favourites that is not terribly difficult to play has been Nicht zu Schnell (the 7th song of Dichterliebe) by Schumann. It is a wonderful piece.

erlking is not only hard to sing, but the text is in German. Also the piano part is extremely hard. The right hand is a continous knocking of quick octaves, while the left hand requires the skill of extremely fast changing octaves.

I would say "Chop Sticks."
Kids used to play that even if they didn't know how to play the piano.
This may not be the most profound question, but who am I to say?
