Does anyone have the sheets on
"Rachmaninov: Rhapsody on a theme by Paganini"?

I've heard that this piece is horribly difficult..is it right?

Theres also a nice piano transcription of Robert Schultz of this piece.
The book is called "24 piano transcriptions of classical masterpieces", buy it online or check the library.
