check https://www.classicalarchives.com, they have on, it's free just register and check in the live recordings section.

There are several recordings of it here:

Just scroll down to where it says Концерт № 3 ре-минор, op.30 and then look at the links to the right. There's Ashkenazy, Volodos, Horowitz - 30, 51, 78, Van Cliburn, and Rachmaninov. I know this site is in Russian but if you put your cursor over a link, look down to the bar at the bottom of your screen and you will see the name of the URL which you should be able to recognise in English. Anyway, once you have selected a recording just click the link and you will come to a page which lists all the movements. Just click each link and download each.

Also, the sheet music for Rach 3 can be found here:

The first link is to the two piano version, and the second is to the full orchestral score.
