fred.  stop!  stop!  you are going to injure yourself.  you're trying to do too  much.  slow down.  smell the roses.
do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

oops.  this is another story.  one that i won't go into right now.  (fondly remembers her own story of fred the badger.  does not remember jonathan)

siberian...who is jonathan?  do fred and john know each other?  if so, how could they possibly be doing the same hanon exercises that badgers do when trying to impress each other.
