Scharwenka and Kullak Concerti

Does anyone know anything about scores for Concertos No. 3 & 4 or Kullak Concerto in C minor? I'd really love to find scores, but Peters, Dover, Schirmers and Kalmus don't have them.
If you have a copy would you be able to let me know the edition? Thank you!
