This may sound silly, but do you think it would be theoretically possible to teach an intelligent animal to play a musical instrument?

I've always wanted to teach my dog chopsticks!  If anyone has a plan, I'll try it out.

I reckon teaching a dog will be easier than teach a hyperactive, three year old kid.  ;D but that's just me.

Hey Cadenz...what's the rhythm on the monkey-ditty?

Code: [Select]
C - - F#G G#A - - G - -|- - - B - - C - - - - -|
1 - - 2 - - 3 - - 4 - -|1 - - 2 - - 3 - - 4 - -|

i know this doesn't make much sense, but where the letter is written its the beat it lies on. the F# G and G# are like a triplet, and the rest are like occuring on the main beats
