Drink more alchohol.  A hangover is alchohol withdrawal.

Go out for a walk, or take a cold shower.

There is no good way.

There are three things we guys say in this situation.

1.  I'll never do it again.

2.  In my whole life.

3.  This time I mean it.

However, some of your symptoms come from dehydration, and that you can fix.  Drink water.

i'm no doctor either - as you can tell.

do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

this is the only way to do it: three or more big cups of water before you go to bed the night before (you may have to piss during the night but it's worth it for the next day).  When you wake up, drink as much water as you can and eat a really big meal, you'll be fine.  That or go out drinking again.

don't let grades get you.  i strived so hard.  i mean really really hard on my 5000 word essay and do you know what it got me.  a C.  a wretched C.  this is the worst grade i've gotten (all A's and one B so far).  i worked so hard and thought my paper was good.

first, i was mad.  i wanted to call the instructor and indiscretely ask him if he fairly graded everyone or if he was picking on me.  but, then i decided that he was probably making it hard on me so i would progress without living in a dream world.  i know my writing skills have to improve for the graduate level.

so, then after getting mad.  i thought about quitting.  then, i thought, no way.  i've put too much effort into this so far.  i'll take that book he put together on writing research papers and read it more carefully.  make up little papers of my own about whatever subject, and practice it before next class.

and, maybe i'll even reread the textbook. who knows. bad grades might be more motivating than good grades.

ps don't let it get to you!  if you do, you'll just think you're not cut out for it, not good enough, etc.  but that is negative thinking.  tell youself, 'i can do it'  and then just go do it.  when you think about it, music is a very small field of endeavor and very difficult to professionally enter, so the struggle is worth it.  don't rely on the thoughts of one or two instructors over your progress SO FAR.  you have gotten to this point, and you'll get to the next.  soon, it will be easy, and you'll be waving at your instructors (making your way like a bowling ball with a perfect curve) knocking them dead with your persistence.

Jenni R = The new Rob47

however, i have all the answer's from years of binge drinking.

1.) Aquire a homeopathic remedy called "Columbrina"
2.) After a night of heavy drinking take some before you go to sleep.(This will definetly help your stomach the next day.)

3.) When you wake up, eat lots of watermelon to get that dry bizzare disgusting taste out of your mouth. For smoker's i recommend two watermelons.

4. Smoke a joint, if you dare: this will, 99% of the time, cure any hangover.

5.  eat lots of hashbrowns and bacon, before having coffee.

6. Don't drink ice cold water, drink tap water.

7. Don't even bother thinking "I'm never going to drink again"

8. Take your number 2 as soon as possible.

9.  Take your next number 2 as soon as possible.

10. Take more "Columbrina" and go back to sleep in the fetal position.

11. Or just casuallydrink. if possible
