Prozac for the Piano
on: July 27, 2003, 06:30:32 AM
I have recently enjoyed learning Chopin
Nocturne in C# minor "Lento con gran expressione"
https://www.thepianist-themovie.com/pianist.htm
to listen. top left corner listen to #2
inspired by the movie "Pianist" which if you have not seen, SHAME ON YOU. This is a fairly easy piece considering it is Chopin!
Anyway, I really enjoy that haunting sad, slow prozac style sound. If anyone knows more like this let me know!!

Do you know what I love in that mood? The second movement of Shostakovich's 2nd concerto and the sarabande of the E major Bach's French suite.
