Well, I really am not sure to understand the wording of your question (?), but, it is very funny to me that you are bringing this up as I was just spending some time realizing I would like to understand some of this stuff better. Like, what is the essence of *male* ? And what is the essence of *female*? Obviously, for the most part, there are certain biological and physiological differences. Without being "religious", I wonder if there are actual spiritual differences ?I have all these ideas along these lines, and even though we have had --sometimes,
stupid-- disscussions on these things before, I have sometimes felt as though I cannot actually express the ideas that I feel are true to me, though they seem right at the tip of my tongue.
What's funny to me right now is that, "boldness" was one of the qualities I thought of, at first, as being considered "masculine". However, I don't think that's entirely true and I am not sure to know whether boldness is really a thing in absolute terms. I think that, perhaps, boldness itself is neither biologically male nor female, but that there are different shades of boldness that could be considered more masculine or feminine without reference to human gender or sex. I think that ideally, we as individuals need and would like a balance between masculinity and femininity, regardless of human gender and body parts.
To answer what I think is your question above, for me as an individual, boldness is very attractive. But, more on the grounds of my believing it to be a necessary quality in my own dealings with life. I want to learn from boldness and discover my own sense of it more readily in my life. I think people can help each other in this way, as each indivdual expresses unique shades of these qualities such as boldness.
Another interesting thought is that, I think that any one quality is most potent and useful when used in balance with another that compliments it. Kind of like complimentary colours. For example, BOLDNESS
along with sensitivity (froming a team) is perhaps more *effective* than one of those qualities on its own.
"That's all" for now...

ps- sometimes what may
appear as boldness, is not really all that bold, and what may appear as
lack of boldness is actually quite bold
