I don't have a top video but I enjoy:

Cziffra's BBC improvisation
Hamelin's cadenza to  Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 (the rest is kinda flat)
Hamelin's Supervirtuoso Documentary (especially when he's playing Rzewski)
Glenn Gould performing J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations

Hypothetical videos I'd love to watch:

Jonathan Powell performing any Sorabji work, especially "Op. Clav."
Hamelin performing Sorabji's First Piano Sonata
Finnissy performing Finnissy

Michelangeli playing Scarlatti L.449 in b minor. Perfection, or as close as we can get and filmed from every angle, very instructive about how to do it all correctly.

Michelangeli playing the Ravel G major Concerto.

Any film of Horowitz, Gould or Richter playing anything.

Cziffra playing Liszt's Grand Galop Chromatique.

Myra Hess playing the "Appasionata" Sonata in f minor, op.57 mvt. 1 of Beethoven.

IMO it's outstanding. I haven't seen the video though, I'm not sure if it's the same as what I have on CD. As far as I understand, she gave two concerts that were recorded.

for all u mentioned Yundi Li's La Camp video or live in Japan

too bad u have seen the abridged version

there is a full video of his full recital, which includes also the Chopin scherzo 2 and the FULL Liszt sonata (which i regard as the best vid of this piece, compared to several other ones i have)

It's one of my favorite video.

REcently got Ashkenazy's Gaspard/Picture in Exhibition/Scriabin sonata 6 video, fell in love with it.
