You know the Sweelinck Conservatory is the building on the opposite of the Van Gogh Museum, and that het Concertgebouw is 2 minutes walking from the Van Gogh Museum?

It's a great little country of kind, decent people with liberal, progressive attitudes. Is the "Rippon" piano still made in Holland? It was a very nice piano.

Regards,
Robert.

I've been to Arnhem once for two weeks. Nice little city.

Although I had a small problem arriving. There had been a mistake in the booking of my hotel and it just hapened to be the Arnhem battle memorial celebrations. Meaning Arnhem was filled with English speaking (I guess both britisch and american) people. So I could only stay for one night in a hotel in the city. But I found a very nice hotel in a small village a bit further.

But my memories of Arhem are nice. Kind people, nice squares with heated terasses. A very good japanees restaurant. It was fun there.

Best regards,

Stephane
