Piece ID - The Stella Advert?

Anyone know the Stella Artois advert thats been showing recenty on UK tv - the one with the guys ice skating on the frozen lake? There is a really famous piano piece playing in the background, sounds around Chopin's era.
Could you tell me what that piece is? And if so, recommend some good recordings?
