Download help!

Can anyone tell me where i can download a good audio recording program so i can record myself and upload it to the website,thanks.

Luckily, we can download audacity.

It is a great program - Very easy to use, and unlimited recording time.  I use it for my forum recordings.  My microphone sucks, but the software itself is very good.
