For your current level:
i) Schumann's Mignon, from the Album for the Young, very pleasant to hear and play, and it will raise your current technique by doing some not difficult, new things.
ii) Scarlatti's Sonata K32, simple piece, but requires deep expressivity. Great introduction to the Scarlatti's world of about 550 sonatas.
Debussy's Arabesque is a wonderful piece, but requires polyrhythms and I consider it better for a more advanced level. Don't rush, rather be patient and enjoy the way.
