I have spent many a Sunday morning playing this great game, wandering around stealing cars and cutting people up with chainsaws.
Do you think that some video games make people more agressive?
There was an article in the papers last week about a young kid, who after playing this game, shot his friend in the face.
Discuss please.
PS If anything, Tiger Woods 2005 makes me more agressive.
After loosing several times in MVC2 Ah jumped on my bro and twisted his man boob.
However, ah cannot recall a time when ah attempted to hit him with a hadoken or performed a 127 hit combo on his lifeless body.
Now the question: If ah could throw hadokens would ah throw them at people because of video games.
The answer: No. Ahd throw them at people regardless (come on, what else would it be good for)
But why am Ah not throwing hadokens: because ah have no access to this ability (dam them and their secrets)
So then:
Could the reason the kid shot his friend in the face simply be because he had access to a gun?
Ah think so.
Its kind of like suicide or...murder. If a person's gonna do it, their gonna do it. Unless his friend was sleeping with his San Andreas behing his back, the blame is completely on the kid.
Also: Last week Ah played Halo 2 online. Ah then proceeded to murder innocent goats to protect the world from future threats.
