Having just bought the Richter/Gavrilov CD of the suites (vol. 1), I can tell you that it's the longest and has the most movements (I think).
And from the programm notes, Handel's suites are considerably different from Bach's. He doesn't always stick to the prelude, allemande, courante, sarabande, Gigues thing, His fugues occassionally gain a voice and drop it when it's no longer needed. There more of an improvisatory character.
