Many of us can be traced back fairly easily to a great pianist. Whether this is at all valuable is another question...

it means nothing. I mean, many people can trace their lineage back to Beethoven (and hence to Haydn) or to Chopin, or Liszt (and hence to Beethoven and Haydn). But who gives a sh*t.
