In Belgium we have Klara (www.klara.be)  and Musique3. Always Classical music, and in the evening sometimes Jazz.

In Croatia we have 0-24 program "Croatian Radio 3rd programe" and there is just classical music and some dramma or speaking-shows..
I know that in Hungary exist "Bartok Radio" with the similar program as Croatian radio..

xm 113 - classical music station where they play the entire concerto or entire symphony.  none of this play one movement stuff.  and, you can click a button to see what exactly is playing.  i think i want to live in the car now.

Why not go to accuradio.com, then click on the classical tab.  You'll be pleasantly surprised at the choices you have.  You can get very specific with what you want.

One I like much is Magnatude classical.
Install I-tunes on your computer, there are a bunch "pre-tuned" online radios (I-tunes is downloadable for free on Apple's website).

Try WMNR -- https://www.wmnr.org/web/home.aspx -- it's nothing but classical, and with some very knowledgeable folks in charge.  And they have both high and low speed feeds, depending on your connection, and a choice of player formats.

Lots of excellent piano music, too!

As for internet radios... they do exist.  They cost.  If you have a computer (stupid remark -- you do, otherwise you wouldn't be here!) and a sound system, most computers can be plugged into a sound system and sound pretty good -- provided you have high speed internet.  I've never been that keen on the sound of compressed audio, though...
