And of course he's French...

Did you know that the highest paid performer in Marseilles, France was a "farter"? No joke. He earned 20,000 francs a week around the turn-of-the-century. In his act he would fart musical tunes, smoke cigars from his butthole, and play an ocarina from his butthole. He was referred to as "Le Petomane" and his name was Josef Pujol.
