adult themes and sexual references
« on: January 02, 2007, 06:42:33 PM »
It is with shock and horror that I notice some posts in PF have descended into cheap pornography.

A recent post talked about "girl on girl action" and "cum shots" :o :o while others made reference to the male genitalia and discussed aspects of fingering that I certainly will not go into here  :o  :o  :o.

A mention of "boobies" also resulted in a link being posted which I am certainly not about to open. However, I think we can make an assumption about where it might lead to. Perhaps we should ask pianowolfi.

Members should bear in mind that children and christians frequent this site, and maintain minimum standards of decency.

This is the sort of smut that belongs on OTHER forums (and I don't mean the Swing Daters Club).

Yes I am unbiased ;), therefore I clicked on that link (of course only out of unbiasedness ;D) and saw these adorable two birds and said cute!

Greetings

Oh that's ironic Ada that you would be so kind as to point out the misbehaviour of others. You didn't forget that not so innocent and perfectly naughty chat we had in one of the boards eh? ;) Well you remember about the pants stuffing action don't you? Oh and please don't remind me of how you explicitly described yourself as a "flower undone" now.

Oh please, "no such conversation." Lucky for you and the rest of the forum the threads have been deleted by Nils. Unfortunately however, your unabashed forum conduct will once again expose you for the naughty girl you really are.

I think it's that "Da SDC" forum. Just looking at it fills one up with unwanted emotions. That place is totally uninhibited. People curse, post completely useless and not at all not so inappropriate material, and talk in a manner that can only be described as filthy.  "I don't zee how one gan ztay zane in dat place wiz all of da zwearing and zenseless talk and inapropriate behavior."

I don't think adult themes and sexual references should form a problem. If kids want to see pornography they have plenty of places to go, and besides that, I doubt that it will seriously hurt their precious hearts and minds. I believe that this is a conviction of adults, who somehow have this idea in mind that pornography is harmful.

Which I don't understand.  I also don't understand the christian moral about sexuality. I think it's loaded with fear and misunderstanding.

Anyway, just my two cents on this subject. I really don't like taboos, and especially not when they are religiously supported.

Other than that, I will keep myself to the regulations of this forum and don't feel the need to post pornography here. But If people would want to, I don't think it's a problem.

I somewhat agree with you here. Just because this forum may offer pictures of pornographic nature doesn't mean that the children will be influenced to view more porn. There are plenty of places a child will visit looking specifically for porn, so whether this forum offers any is not really going to count. To quote L. Rodriguez, "books don't cause sexuality, hormones do" (approximate quote). A youngster (child) will go on pornographic sites anyway and there are plenty of readily accessible media that will propagate sexual imagery faster than the images on this forum. Magazines come to mind. Television commercials featuring atrractive women, etc. Whether pornography really hurts children is not certain. At least an unbiased approach should be taken for farer results. I think a greater fear should be not the immediate content, but what the consequences are. If a member posts sexually explicit material and gets no consequence, more and more members will post the same material and voila, the piano forum turns into a "young girls on sexy guys" forum (lets hope it doesn't come to that). The forum will then cease to exist and no one will take it seriously. (I am sure something similar happened to DaSDC due to their apparent lack of moderation and a general gayety in spirit. :)) Just my thoughts on this matter.

Well, some could be motivated by it. :-*

This is a 'universal' piano forum, but I love the fact that da SDC caters for a niche, and encourages the inspiring notion that, socially, pianists are as ghenswei as the most trendy of teen hipsters.

pianists are as ghenswei
genius or gesniu

There are some SDCians who choose to stay away from such things.  But watch out :(... particularly old threads are less... "Family friendly"... and stay out of the Wud u? and the Sean Bennett forums.

Being a universal forum, there has to be some limitations, all I'm saying is that da SDC caters for this
But true, having a sexy teacher should be more than enough imspiration for your students. :-*

Hmm, I see what you mean. After all if was Ada who introduced this thread, and unlike a dignified and genuinely upset member she explicetely stated the various culprits of such forum "sexual" conduct. To state a few, she mentioned "girl on girl action," "cumshots," "fingering," etc. This is very interesting on the part of Ada not being the "Ada" she wants us to see.
