Philippa, Mozartian, Jas and Prometheus are all on the right track here. The darker the better (and organic, too, if possible - which it usually is these days). That said, I eat chocolate maybe two or three times a year only; propoer chocolate is supposed to possess aphrodisiac properties, so quite what - if indeed anything at all - my low chocolate consumption may signify about that may be open to debate...
It is quite plainly incorrect, however, to claim that everyone who consumes beverages containing alcohol does so for the purpose of getting drunk; tell that to any seasoned wine drinker or malt whisky imbiber...
