Strange people on chat...
on: June 23, 2007, 10:29:17 AM
Has anyone noticed that a lot of...erm...odd people come on the chat?

Quote from blinded_by_the_power: "My sheep punches me and punches me and punches me!"

Is this a regular thing?

There is an ignore button which you can use. Simply click onto the member who's chat you don't want to see and select ignore.

I use it myself so i don't have to see nerdish spam and repetitive nonsense.

I do know about the Ignore Button, I have used it countless times on all of Xardas's accounts. But my questions is WHY are there so many odd people?

Also, some people sign on the Chat to say nothing at all! Pointless!

Well, some people might just have nothing to say.  Or they're looking for entertainment...

Also, someone might be chatting privatly with someone else.

I'm sorry, but i don't think we have spoken at all on chat, so i am unable to understand the context of your remark.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of...erm...odd people come on the chat?

I started chatting to some prat in "Chat" the other day. They pretended to be Italian and tried to provoke me into saying some derogatory remarks against our Scottish cousins. Needless to say he suceeded quite quickly, as I have had lots of practice.  ;D

Then they admited to being a "Sweaty Sock" themselves.  :o

I shall not name this person, but they know who they are.  8)

So, yes, lots of strange people in Chat.  ::)

Also, some people sign on the Chat to say nothing at all! Pointless!

I do agree with the above.

But, I must add that there are also a lot of sound people who go in Chat, who I usually have a good laugh with.
If God really exists, then why haven't I got more fingers?
