meatball sliders

ok.  you know how fancy restaurants are making portions smaller and smaller and charging more and more?  well, here's a new idea that's taking off in new york city.  you buy this little meatball with a bun all it's own (three to a plate).  they're meatball buns.  they look like mini-hamburgers.

you can find these little rolls at a local bakery.

you seem obsessed with this stuff.  i fear for your life.  reminds me of the man at the meat marke t- when given a taste of their pastramie - said that it didn't taste right because there wasn't enough fat in it.
