La cathedrale engloutie
on: February 25, 2008, 04:30:34 PM
Does anybody know the story/inspiration for Debussy's La cathedrale engloutie? Something to do with sunken cathedrals?

It's based on the legend of the the City of Ys.

Hi redbaron,
I believe that mine is the only recording of
La cathedrale engloutie
in the Audition Room. Here's the link if you'd like to hear it.
