On Line Music Theory
on: May 28, 2008, 11:42:36 PM
Good Day All,
I have spare time during lunch at work and I'm looking for a web site to enhance my music theory. Something beyond the basics and hopefully interactive. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. By the way there are some very good minds balanced by kind approaches on this site. Regards

Check out this brainiac's awesome site. It helps offer ways to overstep the boundaries of Schenkerian theory. I've not even come close to being good at the methods involved, but it's very useful and interesting.

I prefer books than online stuff but music theory.net is good is has some aural trainers in there as well, I.E Interval trainer, chord trainer and scale trainer. it also has lessons but i think the trainers are the best
