frank, you really love Chopin, don't you? I guess the first step would be to secure as many Chopin pieces as possible.
I love Chopin, Debussy and Scarlatti, but I don't see myself playing every piece by them.
I want to play a whole suite, preferably Suite Bergamasque or Suite Espagnola (I also have this in my guitar list- just to play this on any instrument would be nice).
Beethoven Sonatas - of course, Moonlight and Pathetique. Maybe also Hammerklavier.
Mozart Sonatas - Sonata in A, the one with Alla Turca, and Sonata in C K545, the "easy" one
some pop songs and soundtracks (Chrono Cross, Naruto, etc.)
