I once had 'ban pianistimo' in my sig but Nils removed it and told me he'd ban me if I put it back.

Mass at midnight? Do many people go? Sounds crazy! I wouldn't get up at midnight for mass.

quite a good amount. The mass actually on a weekday so I really don't know why people would want to get up to go to it.

I don't know about your country, but we have night masses for 9 nights before Christmas. So it's like a novena. Not exactly midnight, either 9pm-11pm or 3am-5am. Something like that.

I think I completed the 9 nights once or twice. Gets boring after a while because the mass is long and I would still remember the gospels/ homily. Christmas Eve is particularly predictable.  ::)

That's quite a common thing...however, it's usually done only at New Year. I have never attended one, I do not follow a religion.
