I hope I have posted  in the right place, ive not been here for a while.

What do you use to record your piano playing onto youtube.Ive tried a samsung camera using the movie clip but the sound is to noisey using its built in mic.
I want something quick and simple,so a digital camera that does not have such a crap mic built in would be the easy option if there is one on the market.

My mobile phones video clip has better sound for recording than my camera,so you would think there should be a much better quality mic built into a half decent camera.

I just use my laptop's built in webcam and mic. However, the laptop is fairly new (but cheap;D ), so I don't know how that advice transfers over.  The sound quality is decent, but the bass is weak.

Get a camera, the quality in the laptops isn't that good.

True.

Unless you wish to use a camera to record musical things, this would be better off in "Anything But Piano". However, if you're recording a musical performance/event, you're roughly in the right area. :)

Well... as an LP collector and specialist on the European archive, I have a different problem; how can you make an LP or 78 rpm interesting... Anyway, it's the music that counts, so I am very curious what you think of this early '50s performance Of Alexander Uninsky playing 3 Liszt Etudes. I think they never have been issued on cd...
