Top Desktops

Show us your desktop, whether you have a stylish theme or just a cool wallpaper, post it here. If you don't know how to take a picture of it, here's how (for Windows):
Set the desktop the way you want us to see it (arrange or close the windows), then press the button on the right part of the keyboard that says PrtScr, should be over the Insert button; then open Paint or whatever image editor you use, paste it, save it and upload it to Imageshack, Photobucket, or some other site.

Here's my old, awesome desktop:

And here's my current, smexy desktop:

Well, not quite.  Too many icons for my taste.  Why not group more of them into folders?

I would post my awesome Mac desktop, but I simply CANNOT get it to work on this forum.  The picture is located in Photobucket, but for some reason when I paste it between the 'IMG's', preview just ignores it.  Rather odd, works fine on other forums.

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.

Just post the direct link, there's no need for thumbnails.

Trust me, it doesn't work, whereas in several other forums it's a snap.  The problem is that the link to Photobucket won't paste in.  When I manually enter the link, preview doesn't recognize it.  I suspect this website just performs better in IE, which of course I don't have on a Mac.  (Well I actually do, since I'm running Windows Vista in Bootcamp, but as I have no anti virus software, I don't take Windows online except for updates from Microsoft.)

If you have a work-around (besides going into Windows and viewing this forum in IE), I would be most interested!

What do you mean preview doesn't recognize it?

After completing a post, you have the option below to either 'Post' or 'Preview'.  (I always Preview because there are invariably typos.)  When I hit Preview, any image I've posted between IMG and /IMG is ignored.

Very strange...

What I meant to say is what happens if you post the bare link like this: https://img244.imageshack.us/my.php?image=desktopcopia.jpg rather than trying to get a preview image, without the IMG tags?

Ah yes, I see.  That certainly works, though my Photobucket account is private (and going to remain so).
