Just asking! who knows, maybe we're closer enough to "jam"(I mean that in the most NON-sexual context) over the summer?  :o

you know, the accents vary from Province to province.  New FoundLand is the funniest, sounds kind of Irish, but more stupid...Here in alberta, we have a number of farmers who say things like "yep, wer plantin some tomatas, eh?"

And in Toronto, well.. If you ask someone from Toronto to say "Toronto", you would most likely hear "Tchrana"

But, Im half asian, so none of this sh*t applies to me...

I am also Canadian.  I hail from the longitudinally-centric Province of Manitoba/Manisnowba, home of Winterpeg and -55 degree Celcius weather (don't you just love the metric system?).

I'm w/ Rob47 that RCM is the Royal Conservatory of Music.  Are they not also the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (even though they moved out of that city?) :p

My mother was born in and grew up in Canada and we still have family who live there, but I never have.  Here's a question for all you who do: What's up with Tim Horton's?  I know there's one within five minutes of the border and one on practically every street corner in the areas I've visited.  Is it like that all over the country?

ah Tim Hortons!  They sell coffee and donuts, soup, sandwiches...

I love their chili, but hate their lousy, sappy commercials.

I haven't seen any of the commercials, but I also haven't visited in eight years.  That would probably explain why.  I remember I used to love the Mr. Dress Up show.  Is it still showing?  It seemed like it was a pretty old (or at least low-budget) show when I watched it back then.

I think Mr. Dressup died, and then shortly after, Mr. Rogers kicked the bucket.

There goes my childhood...... :'(

I think the only real pioneer for contemporary children's entertainment today left and alive is Fred Penner with his guitar.  I remember he used to walk in that wooded area and climb out of a tree trunk and say "Hi Kids! Wanna sing along?"

Ah nostalgia.     :D

Not ONly does Tim Hortens make coffee, but it is the BEST coffee, you americans have no idea how to make coffee.  On a recent trip to the southern states, i had to rely on cocaine to get me out of bed because all the coffee sucked.  (j/k.....about the cocaine......)

haha I like that!! ;D

Coffee in the US does suck- It is tasteless and bitter.  Tim Hortons does it much better- Very aromatic and flavourful.
