hi
my fingers extend from C t E.but I cannot play some chords.Is that OK?
Is there any exercise to help me?

C to E? Your hands must e incredibly small!

I assume you mean you can reach a major 10th, which is nothing to complain about, and your hand span is not really important. Have a look at this thread too, it talks a bit about that in the first posts.
