I have searched all my sources for this piece, but find it is out of print and unavailable. Any suggestions?

I do have it but is is far too dodgy for here and is not one of my "efforts".

It was published by Carl Fischer as part of the Modern Music Series, so i suggest you aproach the publisher. I expect this is in a lot of libraries and could be obtained via inter library loan.
