Hi and welcome to the forum!
About 3 against 4, play 3 continually a couple of times, with your left hand for example, then stop and play 4 with your right hand, at the same tempo as the 3. Alternate between cycling the 3 and the 4 until it feels comfortable. Then put the triplets on "autopilot", play several times and then let the 4 join in at the same tempo. This works well when the final speed is fast and it's easier than trying to figure out where each note should go by slowing down. You only have to match the notes at the beats.
You could also practise this away from the piano by tapping your hands. Use the same principle for 3 against 2, which should be easier.
Hope this makes sense
