Or, how to not get a thread read -- Put Taruskin in the thread title.  That will scare everyone away.

This is new to me.  But I enjoy it VERY much!  Thanks for posting.  I've bookmarked it.  Why would it scare people off?  There's so much diversity and different topics to choose from.
